As part of the architectural study, we can also provide efficiency studies for the investment project if requested. In this way, we can continuously monitor costs and budget compliance. Thanks to the BIM processes, we are able to estimate costs more accurately and eliminate errors in the project at an early stage.

CONSTRUCTION PHYSICS AND STATISTICS
Building physics is an important part of our expertise. We use state-of-the-art technologies and processes to achieve an A0 energy rating. Maximum return on investment is a priority.
We provide structural analysis preparation for all design stages as well as its revision. Therefore we prepare expert opinions for load-bearing parts of structures in case of building damage and reconstruction. We take into account the effects of future climatic changes in every construction.
BUILDING BIOLOGY
We have extensive experience in building biology. We use this knowledge in the selection of health-promoting building materials. We can identify, evaluate and modify sources of potential exposure. We build with health prevention in mind, trying to eliminate health risks as much as possible.
UTILITIES AND TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT OF BUILDINGS
We provide complex construction services, including the design and execution of engineering networks and water supply, heating and ventilation works. We do all planning of the building’s technical equipment, such as sewerage, heating and air conditioning.
We suggest the use of alternative energy sources and calculate how much money you can save when operating the building.

In our projects we use the home automation system LOXONE, which allows us to find the perfect technical solutions to create the highest comfort. Our electrical architects have a passion for programming. Thanks to them, we push the limits of our smart home concept and achieve exceptional user comfort and the highest level of security.
FIRE PROTECTION AND ACOUSTICS
Safety is our priority, therefore we focus on every detail of effective and reliable fire protection for every property.
High-quality sound insulation of buildings contributes to the high comfort of our properties. We pay attention to the optimal parameters of room acoustics, air and structure-borne sound insulation already during the building design stage.
INTERIOR DESIGN
In addition to unique aesthetics, we strive for practical functionality and timelessness in the design and implementation of interiors. Therefore, we pay attention to the high quality and durability of the materials used. 3D variants allow the customer to achieve the ideal final impression. Our energy consultants plan new energy-efficient buildings as reconstructions. They make use of heat recovery.
We pursue optimal amortization and are always one step ahead in the development process. We also prepare certificates and expert opinions.
